Great weekend everyone. Here’s what we got done, in no particular order of importance:
The shed has been organised; such a relief to have a good clear out and send all the junk that had been building up to the tip.
Most of the wood is cut up and is now under cover so it can have a chance to dry out.
Gutters are cleared and the outside of the buildings tidied up.
Laundry and chimney sweeping are done.
Barn toilets are fixed with hand crafted cistern tops to replace the broken ones.
Flaky pointing on the barn has been raked out and replaced.
Fantastic food was devoured.
Thanks everyone who came. It was great to see so many new members along with the all the old hands.

Oh, and Tilly has done a breakdown of the energy consumption of all our appliances to see where we might make some savings.

The AKO drain behind the cottage was cleaned of debris for its full length too.

Yes. Should be programed to come on very early morning now to store up heat
Hi JJ - am sending over receipts for expenses relating to the Spring working meet by separate email - apologies for the delay - my partner, Lee, had news of a family bereavement on the last day of the meet so had to get a flight out ASAP. She is currently O/S and couldn’t get these to you before end of month.
