Hi @Max_A, can I get a lift with you on Friday? I’m free all day. You’re in/near Greenwich, right?
Hi Holly
Thanks so much for organising! Please can I get a lift from Oakwood at 6 on Friday with either @dabarlow or @peter Harris?
Thanks very much
Best wishes
Miranda
Thanks @HollyP for sorting this out! @jaeyeonoh1988 no problem, will also be able to pick up people in the area a little earlier than 7pm potentially.
@Aidan I could get to Perivale for 7 i reckon? I will finish work in liverpool street at 6.
Lift possible?
Thanks @HollyP - I’ll get in touch with RobertL to confirm.
Thanks @HollyP for sorting through the logistics! I am looking at the return Saturday night train. I will get in touch with RobertL to confirm Thursday.
Hey dan, would you have room for me potentially? Can get to Acton for 6
if @Max_A still has a space, i have the Friday off work so would love to get a morning lift if possible.
I can provide car snacks and general excitement
If not, I’ll have another look at the list.
Thanks for arranging this!
Yep, no problem
Hi Tom,
I think I might now be able to get out of work early and head off before 7. Any chance you can get to West London earlier?
KLAXON: Please could we have volunteers for making breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday (either day or both, as you prefer) plus volunteers for making dinner on Saturday night. Costs of communal food is reimbursed by the club.
There are currently 43 of us (including 6 veggies) so a fair bit of grub is needed. I’m happy to take things up on Friday morning but ideally not fridge food as we’ll be out climbing before going to the cottage.
Roll up roll up - your involvement will be appreciated by the masses. Plus I’ll shout you a beer, or two. Win-win!
Hi Holly,
Happy to volunteer my breakfast services on at least Saturday as I’m going up on Friday morning. Perhaps a vegetarian would like to volunteer to cover all the veggies’ needs separately?
Are we also using the barn? As we could then appoint 2 breakfast cooks for each building and manage the numbers (and split the shopping) that way.
I believe so JT. I’ll put you with David for now
Yes indeed we’re using the barn too, I should have mentioned that. Saturday dinner will be all in the barn together. Cosy!
You’ll need to take cutlery and plates and glasses down to the Barn, and back up after. I think we have 30 sets down at the Barn. With 43 you’ll also need extra benches and maybe an extra table. Sounds cosy!
I can do a veggie (from the spreadsheet looks like also vegan/gf?) dinner on the Saturday.
@LIon can vouch that I haven’t poisoned her yet…
I might be in. N.wales that weekend but not for the meet unfortunately. Sounds like it might be better for me to avoid the hut as it’s a big meet.
If my plans fall through, I may join, have my own rack, ropes and pads.
The more the merrier really!
Will the cottage be free then? Or is it. Both the ban and cottage?
