Less than a few weeks to go until this glorious trip! Let’s hope the weather continues a little bit longer…
Thanks to everyone who has paid up for the bunkhouse. Because we were able to fill it there will be no further requests for payment.
For anyone else keen to come on the trip there are various camping options available including Dalegarth Campsite (cheap and basic but opposite the bunkhouse) and the Eskdale National Trust Campsite (probably nicer but up the road a few km):
If you are planning on joining and camping, can you please still add your name to the list (club protocol). I will leave you to make your own bookings!!
If you want to come and are hoping spaces come up in the bunkhouse, add your name to the waiting list!
@Sian - Many thanks for organising! Can you please edit the post to remove the extra The from the bunkhouse link. Otherwise it doesn’t work. Many thanks!
Bunkhouse is booked! Can I ask that you pay a deposit of £64.31 into the club account, please put your name and ‘LD Meet’ as reference to make Jess’s life easy. Once you have paid please update the spreadsheet with the drop-down ‘Y’ cell so that we can keep track.
Apologies as this has gone up slightly since we last discussed. This is owing to the cleaning fee which I forgot about
Just chasing volunteers, will confirm over the weekend but likely all OK
What time can you get away on Friday? I can probably collect you from Tring station from 4pm onwards. Possibly earlier if no meetings and I can get the van organised!
Hi all, I’ve booked the pub dinner at the Boot Inn for 7pm on Saturday 24th. The manager has kindly asked that we show up and are seated on time to ensure smooth service.
