Tickets are now available for a weekend of workshops and talks tailored for women to answer any questions about getting out in the mountains.
Topics covered include nutrition, managing menstrual cycles, first aid, safety, and the psychological aspects of expeditions.
As someone with very limited experience but all the desire to get more, I’m definitely going along!
