Hey folks,

I’m going to send numbers to the campsite tomorrow at 2pm. If you’re still in the sheet, you’ll be expected to pay for camping for the weekend even if you later pull out. If you’re not on the sheet, you won’t have a reserved spot.

Any last minute joiners or ship jumpers, now’s your chance!

Here’s some info about the campsite:

  • Drivers please send me your car reg so I can pass them on to the campsite, or add it to the sheet.
  • ⁠I have added a Surname column to the sheet. Please fill this in so I can send it to the campsite.
  • The price is £12 per person per night (so £24 per person) and I’ve just paid for the full booking. Can everybody please send £24 to me and mark yourself as Paid in the sheet. My bank details are pinned in the WhatsApp group chat.
  • ⁠Arrivals after 9:30pm will have to park at reception and walk to their pitch.
  • ⁠I have asked whether we have a dedicated pitch. I’ll let you know when I hear back.
