Yes, it’s that time of year when we venture en masse to the Northern reaches in hope of dry rock and fine days.
Last year might have been a wash out, but this year will (could) be better. They just announced it!
I’ve secured us spaces at the Seathwaite campsite from May 22nd to 25th. Anyone wishing to stay outside those dates must arrange accomodation accordingly.
Tariffs are as below:
Adults: £10 per person per night
Children: (10 years and younger) £5 per person per night
Vehicles: £10 one off payment
Payment: Cash only - on arrival
As always, please sign up using the spreadsheet attached.
Hi Nick, regarding the camp site, I assume that it is the Seathwaite Farm Camping site; do we have a designated area to camp within, or do we just pitch wherever we like?
Hi, there’s definitely trad, and that’s usually default mode! I’ll ask on the WhatsApp Community (members only at this time) if there is any sport there too, and if anyone planning sport climbing.
Do you have a preference? For trad, we’re generally happy to lend gear and most of us lead and have all the gear anyway so if you wanted to second trad or have a lead then no probs
