So we recently had an email from Niall Grimes regarding his well known Jam Crack Podcast which we’ve agreed to share with you all…
Climbing in the UK and beyond has an incredibly rich cast of characters and stories. A few years ago, I set out to capture as many of these as possible from the broadest cast net that I could. I compiled many hours of interviews and recordings into Jam Crack Podcast, the original climbing podcast in the UK.
Now, some years on, I have a fantastic library of these characters and their yarns. In many ways it captures all that’s best about climbing: the adventures, the epics, the friendships, the sunsets and the enormous runouts. In essence, its soul.
I’m sure many of these shows would be of interest to anyone who has had their spirits lifted by long days in the mountains or fighting up an epic seacliff. They are all available to listen to for free anywhere you get a podcast.
Anyway I would appreciate it, if you thought your club might be interested, if you could share Jam Crack Podcast with your members. Personally, the more people who find connection in the outdoors via the life stories of the guests, the better.
There are a lot of shows on there, so to help people get started I thought I would give a few suggestions of my personal favourites. Just click on the name where you will find a link to that show:
