@Sergio_m_a_c. There’s a pair of brown havaianas left here, behind the front door. If you think they are yours I can bring them back.
Great New Members Meet. An amazing turnout. Especially given the high drop out rate: lots of stories of general business arriving last Thursday, co-incident with a poor weather forecast.
Great cuisine from the potential / nearly / new members with a stunning feast last night. Thanks to everyone.
Great weekend! Out of interest, at Holyhead, did anyone pick up a copy of the North Wales Climb book?
Cheers,
The caterpillars at Swanage ensured that I was punished for not being in Wales, I am happy (sort of) to report.
Woweee! Thanks everyone who came to Wales, what a fantastic weekend! Despite the less than ideal conditions I think we made the best of it. Great to see newbies getting out on the old classic wet-weather adventures
Special thanks to all the chefs and food helpers, and to all the leaders for their support and ongoing enthusiasm for bringing new people in to the fold. Hearts.
If you haven’t done so already, please remember to pay your accommodation fees, or better still sign up for membership! http://www.nlmc.co.uk/join-form/
Looks fab. Fancy doing a write-up for the Newsletter, Holly?
Oh go on then
@khalidqasrawi that pair belongs to Rupert @Wallman
@khalidqasrawi @mikedlr I forgot a pair of white Asics trainers in the barn ( where the shoes were), if you find it can you please bring it back to London with you? Thanks
We moved them to the cottage together with a few other items (black XL shirt, a pair of black pants, a towel…)
Hi Robert, I found a copy of NWales book in my backpack, wasn’t signed - I can bring it to the cottage next weekend or pass to you in London…?
Great weekend, capped off with a sunny day in the Dinorwic slate quarries sport climbing. A surprisingly atmospheric place with all the abandoned buildings and industrial relics…
@Ladislav - Were you and Will on Orangutang Overhang or Cyber World Sl@te Heads for this one?
Yep, those are mine. Don’t worry about bringing them back. I can grab then next time I’m at the cottage. Thanks!
Also enjoyed installing a micro-museum of sketchy and rogue climbing esoterica in the first ten metres of Wandering Primrose on Holyhead Mountain, for delectation of “lucky” Jay on second.
The nut there is a Faces Gem one, I think the company existed only for a couple of years in the early-mid 1990s
Wired tricams from Petr Kouba.

Great weekend guys. Got some pictures of a rather soggy trip around snakes and ladders before my camera died from the cold.
I’ve actually got in two multi pitch routes, a scramble and about 5 1/2 boulder problems. Not bad for a wet weekend where the rain seemed to be actively chasing us. Now working in a cafe
Great photos though. The sun came after you all left.
@Ilyass I have your shoes. Will deliver at mile end.
