Basic timetable:

Saturday 2nd November - climb or whatever all day. The dinner will start at 8:30pm at The George in Hathersage, speeches by Jesse Dufton and then Lottie.
Sunday 3rd November - the AGM will take place at (ideally) 10am at the Thorpe Farm Bunkhouse, hopefully it will not take longer than an hour. We require 20 members for quorum, please do attend!

    The only item to be discussed is the rise in BMC membership rates

Surely there’s nothing to discuss about the BMC rise in fees. They’ve done it and that’s that.

ACCOMMODATION: we are, unsurprisingly, staying at Thorpe Farm Bunkhouses. We booked two, and one of them is a little further away than the others.

One bunkhouse is The Byre (one we often stay in), and the other is Pondside, 1/3 of a mile up a track. I would suggest up to 10 people sleep at Byre, and the rest at Pondside, as 4 beds in Byre are in the living room (though totally up to you)
