Is there another pair who want to share our hire car for a three-day weekend dash to Fairhead?

We plan fly to Belfast after work on Thursday 9th June, use the hire a car to get to Ballyvoy, and then fly back after climbing on Sunday 12th June.

Because Max and I are soft, we plan to forsake the pleasures of Sean’s field in favour of Ballyvoy camping barn for £20 pppn. It also leaves more space in the hold luggage for the ab rope.

Sunshine guaranteed. It’s as good as a Caribbean holiday.

How does that correlate to the Fairhead climbing festival?

I don’t think they have published dates yet but we believe we’ll be there the weekend after the festival. I can’t do the previous weekend but it does mean it will be quieter but the routes still clean.
