Do I detect your resolve wavering Paul?

@dabarlow You know it’s serious when the Bad Step has gotten worse!

I think I’ve wavered.

I wouldn’t bother with a day trip to the Wye either.

Shiiiiiit that’s some potentially devastating rockfall. Hopefully Dervish and Last Tango remain in tact.

And no @Max_A, the rocks shall be climbed. We depart at noon.

Does make me a little wary of going to the slate even at Dinorwig, if it’s affected by heavy rain…

@chizharward. wavering is understandable, the weather is being tiresome.

Guy, Catrin, Adam? I’d look again tomorrow and go and get something done if it improves a touch. Or the Peak is only looking mildly showery. What are your thoughts?

Edit, I could delay and/or extend into Monday if that improves the weather options.

It doesn’t look that bad. It also looks pretty similar all over the uk. We’re definitely going. Want to practice moving together etc and should be able to do that with the forecast even if it’s a bit damp. Also need to get fit for the alps.

It will be fun.

I agree. Do you want to combine lifts? I don’t mind taking my car.

Yes pooling lifts makes sense tho we are of course also happy to use our car! Don’t know when we can leave yet need to speak to c

@guyarnold Thinking we can’t really move together as a 3 very easily or as safely?

@adam_b, Are you still up for this weekend? Even numbers would be preferable.

Hi @Max_A, yes, escaping smoke after work

Cool. I’m jumping in with Guy and Catrin. Better get packing. Do you have gear for trad and ropes you can take?
