A wee update.

Thankyou to all those who have paid. Amazing..that has really helped us.
Only 12 outstanding payments. Please can you pay asap as this confirms your place.
Indeed during this payment process we have a lost a few attendees. We now have 12 places free. If there are members who would like to attend please pop your name down. Be great to have a full house!strong text

On menu selections, well over half have completed. Thankyou. However can those who have not please make your choice asap. We will need to send this off prior to the event.

Hi there.

URGENT FINAL REQUEST

The hotel has informed me that we need final numbers and menu choices by 24th June at the latest.

To make it easier I have highlighted outstanding members on the schedule. 8 unpaid and no menu choice added. 22 no menu choice added.

If you are coming please confirm payment AND FILL OUT THE MENU CHOICE ON THE SEPARATE SCHEDULE.

This is very important for the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the event.

We have 75 confirmed
There are 9 who have paid but not yet provided choices.
PLEASE DO SO TO GUARANTEE WHAT YOU GET!
There are also 6 who have not paid.
PLEASE CONFIRM IF YOU ARE COMING.
As we appear to have spare places, we would like to extend out to members partners.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PAID AND WITH MENU.
