Hopefully you are all heading down to Cornwall for the summer solstice meet. In case you are not I just wanted to give you all a heads up that there will be 9 guests from Holmfirth Harriers staying in the Cottage that weekend, due to a massive booking mess up by me. They are great people and have booked many times with us, so be friendly. The barn has a larger party of people booked by a NLMC member. This has all been agreed by the committee. Just want to say a massive thank you to Sara for doing all the Barn bookings for the last few years, it is the key job that keeps the Barn, and therefore the Cottage and club in funds! I think this is the first mix up I can remember and the solution shouldn’t overly impact on members given its over the solstice meet weekend.
